Another Recap: Bowling! February 27, 2007
Posted by *christuttle* in : tuttle says... , trackbackAs if my previous post recapping Saturday’s activities wasn’t enough, the night before I was bowling. Yes, bowling. Kinda gay-bowling at that. Well, bowling with the gays. Mostly gays. And a few straights. Anyway… So Friday night we were without a puppet at our usual haunt, View Bar for Joe Kovacs’ Drag Queen Puppet Bingo. Although Peppermint was hosting in place, and I ADORE Peppermint, I also adore having a night off from Bingo for a change.
This “night off” however, Spodak had decided was hers. For good reason though, cause (without my permission!) she decided to take a 3 week vacation out of town and Friday night was her last night in the city. So Spodak decides that we should all go bowling. Who am I to object?
3 words: So much fun!
Spodak, Sandra, Keehna (Where’s your blog????), Danny, Christian, Kevin Jesus and I attended (writing the list now I’m realizing the gays were outnumbered 4 to 3) and played 2 rounds of bowling. Though I don’t recall the scores *exactly* I actually did pretty well, if I do say so myself. At one point I think I had 3 strikes in a row! I think I was in 2nd place both games.

Is there a vacation request form for getting approval?
And even though the str8’s outnumbered the gays, everyone becomes gay when there is more than 1 gay in a group. Not sure how this works, but I think it’s a scientifically proven, double-blind, peer-reviewed phenomenon.
I have not been bowling in years!!! A bunch of men grabbing balls sounds like a pile of fun to me!!!
It’s only 2 WEEKS!!
Let me know where to find the request form for next time and I promise I’ll follow the rules!
